July Bombshell Blog Hop!

Here we are at the end of July already and as it's a Wednesday it can only mean it's the Bombshell Blog Hop!
Alison has decided that we are getting painty, the theme is "Paint the Town"-use paints and/or sprays with your Bombshell stamps to create a project.
Well we've been sweltering here in England this month- a real shock for us more used to soggy summers!
With this in mind I have gone all patriotic with Bombshell Angel and turned her into a Brit Chick!
I was quite restrained with my paint for once ( I do love to get inky and painty) but I flicked some white Mister Huey paint onto my background which was great fun!

.....restrained paint'iness from me!

Supplies
Bombshell Angel
Papermania Portobello Road papers
Bazzil Patterned papers

Now HOP along to Alaine's Blog to see her wonderful creation and here's the road map in case you get lost along the way!!

Bombshell Wacky Holidays

This month's wacky holiday is Hammock Day, July 22nd!
As we've been having record high temperatures here in England with the promise of even higher ones this week I thought that this was a great excuse to go all tropical!

I created a valley fold card using Rise & Shine and the beautiful 'Tropicana' papers from Kaisercraft.

I coloured my Bombshell with Spectrum Noir pens...

Hop over to the Bombshell Blog to see what the other designers came up with!

More Merly Retreat Layouts

Here are another two layouts from the Merly Impressions retreat using the beautiful vintage Miss Empire range by Kaisercraft
I completed the first layout using a picture of My Great Grandma Ellen Taylor (nee Green) and because there were so many cool male themed elements in the Collectables I decided to do another layout using a photo of Ellen's Father, my Great-Great Grandad Edward Green!
Layouts designed by Chrissy!

My Great Grandma Ellen Taylor (1876-1971)
